YOUR NEWS – These British Actors Could Earn up to £147k Per Instagram Post!
We may still be in lockdown (not for much longer, hopefully) but that hasn’t stopped the earning potential of the most-followed Instagram-using actors in the UK.
By utilising Influencer Marketing Hub’s Instagram sponsored post calculator (google it) we have been able to identify how much the most-followed British Instagram users from the acting industry could expect to earn from each post.
Social media is certainly to be taken seriously for these ten actors – all television and film stars. It does appear that theatre alone is not able to afford such spoils.
When Sardines interviewed Michael Crawford, some years ago, he pointed out that a theatre actor could appear in We Will Rock You at London’s Dominion Theatre for ten years in a row and, during that period, play to the same number of people as a single thirty-minute episode of Coronation Street (and that’s not counting fans who come back on muliple occasions).
It’s little wonder so many people from the acting fraternity have expressed a desire to break into the world of film & television. Media – social media in particular – does seem to offer opportunities to acting’s elite.
