Can You Identify This Group in Margate, Kent, from 2013?

I am a freelance writer and photographer. For 3 years I have been working on a sequel to my 2005 Ruth Ellis book, but am currently compiling a book of black and white photographs that I’ve taken over the last 12 years on an old Olympus Trip film camera.
In late summer of 2013 I took a photograph which I have called ‘Cabin Crew’ (see above). These three uniformed people suddenly arrived on the piazza outside the Turner Contemporary gallery in Margate. They looked really funny with their wired scarves making them appear windswept. I will be publishing the photograph in my book. I have been trying to find information about the group who I believe belonged to an amateur dramatic society in or near Margate. Their ‘show’ that sunny day in Margate was entertaining and giving advance notice of a forthcoming production.
Can anyone identify the group? I would love to have a chat with them in order to compose a suitable caption/story to accompany the photo.
