In a brand new and exciting venture in association with Red by Night on the Waterfront at Merry Hill, Dudley, A Comedy Theatre Group are proud to present the first ever live theatre performance hosted by this venue featuring  a playwritten by local playwrite Phill  Liptrot

STRANGE ENCOUNTERS OF A SOCIAL KIND – A comedy drama focussing on what happens when an assortment of social misfits meet one evening at the local community centre with the intention of making some new friends,

What could possibly go wrong?

Each character that joins the group has their own story to tell and issues to deal with – why would they be there otherwise?

Enter a mad tea lady and a very unexpected guest and the evening may turn out rather differently than originally planned!

How will a bunch of strangers deal with a tricky situation? 

How do they cope and will any lasting friendships be made?
