Stageworld has just had a quick change!
We have chosen to keep the emerald green as a tribute to the wonderful late owlen who was the original creator of stageworld, as well as her tag line “you perform it, We’ll dress it”
The name change comes from Laura’s family name “Leo” and feel now is the right time to give stageworld a new lease of life.
It is also a tribute to her much loved and hard working late grandad, Joe Leo, who owned and ran Leo’s Ice cream all his life. Sadly Joe passed away December 2017 at the age of 90.
Laura says “He is my inspiration every day, always wondering what he would think and what decisions he would of made but hope to follow in his footsteps in the business world! I know he is smiling down at us, Loving that his family name is on the door of my business now.”

As of 2015 known as Stageworld, now Leo’s Theatrical Costumiers, continue to supply quality costumes for amateur companies and have established ourselves as one of the leading costume providers in the UK, supplying high quality theatrical and fancy dress costumes. We can supply to both professional and amateur companies nationwide for Musicals, Plays, Operas, Gilbert & Sullivan, Pantomimes, Photo Shoots, Television and Film and have over 30,000 costumes to choose from.

We take great pride in the cleanliness, fit and colour schemes of our costumes, and are happy to advise you on full or part costume plots for many professional and amateur shows. No order is too Big or small.
We are constantly adding to our range of shows and maintain our costumes to a very high standard. We supply complete costumes, fully accessorised, cleaned and sized from measurement forms sent to you well in advance. Our costumes are charged at a basic rate but this does not include; Mens White Shirts, wigs and props. These items can be provided, however there is a small additional fee for this.
Reviews of shows commend our costumes, as do the many “thank you” notes on the sewing room wall !! No size is impossible and no request is overlooked. We have car parking for vehicles of all sizes at the front and side of our premises. We also offer a delivery & pickup service.
95% of our costumes are created on site with alterations or bespoke costumes accommodated. New wardrobes are constantly being updated to keep our range of costumes as fresh as possible. Please view our show list and order an image DVD today!
