StageArts Theatre School

StageArts is a Saturday Theatre School open to all young people from age 4-18. We aim to offer a fun filled, challenging yet rewarding training in theatrical arts, covering all three artistic disciplines, Acting, Singing and Jazz dancing over a 3 hour period. These three disciplines will improve performance techniques as well as developing confidence and articulation. All our classes are structured to help to build self-confidence and develop performance skills by fully trained professionals in their own subject. Classes are split by age and ability, making sure no child is left out. We find that if students are having fun they learn much more quickly. We also perform yearly shows in a 220 seat theatre for parents, family, friends, agents and casting directors. StageArts is not just for young people who want to be in the performance industry, but it’s also a great way to see what the performing arts is all about and to make lasting friendships with children of a similar ages. It really is such a friendly and fun way to learn skills that will benefit each and every child from all walks of life, providing many happy memories. When your child joins us he or she along with yourselves will be joining something special and we hope it will last for many years, providing a solid base on which your child will thrive. We operate an open door policy whereby all students and parents are able to communicate their views, feelings and suggestions through the teaching staff or directly to ourselves, thereby allowing improvements to be made.
